July and August are the most popular months to visit Vienna, but folks are discovering the idea temperatures of June and Septembers. Summers are warm and quite pleasant. Winters are cold and there can be lots of snow--but it's still a popular time to be Vienna because of the wide variety of cultural activities in the colder months.

The best time for visiting is really between April and October.
