Ålborg or Aalborg is Denmark's forth largest city and is located in the north of Denmark's Jutland peninsula. Like the rest of Denmark, Aalborg exhibits a mild, temperate climate. A change of wind direction can alter the conditions drastically. Be prepared for this changing weather, especially if you travel in the off-season.

Ålborg starts warming up in May. The warmest time to go--June through August--offers average temperatures in the upper 60s. Ålborg has less rain than eastern Denmark, mostly occuring from July thorugh winter.
